EXPLORE was delivered at HMP Five Wells in Wellingborough from March – May 2023.
Participants gathered weekly to explore their creativity through a variety of forms including improvisation, acting for screen and film directing.
They brought these skills together to devise and film a short scene, under the guidance of film-maker Dorothy Allen-Pickard (BBC3, Channel 4, The Guardian, Doc NYC)
The project culminated in an informal sharing and celebration in front of invited guests, other residents, and prison staff.
