The Aloe Vera plant is an indoor succulent. For best results place in a bright, sunny place with indirect sunlight.
Succulents do best in dry conditions. Water the plant heavily about once every two weeks, ensuring the water drains freely from the soil and waiting until the soil dries out fully before watering again. Aloe vera plants cannot tolerate standing water so don’t allow it to sit in water as it will rot the roots.
Note: The aloe vera gel from their leaves can be used topically for minor burns and rashes, or to moisturise but should NOT be eaten.
